Rainbow Web

The other morning I was out walking the dogs and rounded the corner of our RV to head back inside and I saw this...
(I ran in and grabbed the camera)
A beautiful rainbow of colors on a spiders web.  The sun was hitting the dew on the web just perfectly.

About 15 minutes later.  You can see the colors start to fade and shift as the sun rises higher into the sky.

I love the artistry of spiderwebs.  This is a great time of year for taking pictures of webs--but this rainbow in the web was a real bonus for me.  Twice the beauty!!

Can you see all the dirt and pollen floating in the air?  Our sinuses have been giving us a fit!!  I thought it was difficult living in the "Oak Pollen Capital of the World" aka The Ozarks--but this has been worse.  Across the highway is a field of corn that they've been harvesting.  Lots of dust and mold from that to really swell our sinuses.  Thankfully harvest doesn't last long.

Wow..never seen that before! How cool!

Spider webs are one of my favorite subjects to shoot..especially when they're covered with dew or raindrops.

The tree photos are wonderful...and that's one big leaf!

expect music soon.... :0)
