Happy Birthday Son #6

The kiddos have all been sick with some sort of fever/coughing thing for about 2 weeks now--not just one of them sick that long but first one and then another and then another...  So I wasn't sure that we were going to be able to have a party for Son #6 or not.  I had ordered the cake a few days ago and hoped he would be better but this thing has really hung on.  He's not a cake eater anyway and so I finished up his shopping and we just dove on in and had the party.  Son #1 and his family didn't come since we didn't want to risk them getting sick but Son #3 and Cousin #2 were here (they are here most every day so it was no big deal--they've been exposed).  Coughing and all, he was super excited!!  I had ordered a Scooby Doo cake for him since he's so into Scooby Doo right now!  I think it's so cool that he loves Scooby as much as I did when I was his age.  :-)

I forgot to pick up birthday wrapping paper.  We used Christmas paper instead!!  I don't think he even noticed!!  :-)

Best Buddies!!  Finally a dog who is just as rough as he is and doesn't run away!!
